Stuck on Step 5 of Path of the Splicer I quest
I'm a new player and this is the first season I've played. Step 5 of the "Legacy: Path of the Splicer I" quest is stuck. The "Decrypting the Darkness" quest doesn't show up at the HELM's Umbral Decoder. I have Umbral Engrams ready to use in my inventory.
