It’s endgame. Do you go into a raid 30 light levels under and expect to do well? You want to be at least 1300 to enter and feel ok enough

I’m going in at 1312 though.

Most players will not be 1323+ so you should be fine at 10 light or less under you will be fine just don’t use certain weapons

Also previous iron banners I’ve gone in at lower light level and been fine. I’m talking this specific season it feels extremely overwhelming difference.
