This is my first time using the forums but I'd appreciate any sort of help from Bungie themselves as I'm directed back here constantly if I wish to request "support".
I'll start from the beginning, I can no longer play D2 due to me apparently disabling cross-save despite at that moment in time, not doing so myself (I was ingame playing with a friend), and now I must wait 90 days to play again since I no longer play on console and my stuff is locked there
since i only have a pc now.
I have requested assistance via support tickets twice now from Bungie and have had the same copy paste email detailing how I should just wait the 90 days which I feel is unjust towards me when I didn't do it myself, nor would they offer a detailed reason as to what happened beyond that I "clicked the "deactivate" button, and as such I took it in my own measures to reset my passwords on all linked accounts in hope that it would've stopped any would be break in.
I Would greatly appreciate some sort of resolution to this nightmare so I can get back to playing the game I adore! - Amié
