At first I thought that there was something about the wording that just wasn't correct -- maybe "multiple" didn't mean "multiple" but actually meant "at least three," or maybe they have to die at the very same instant -- but now my only observation seems to be that sometimes it works (progress is gained toward bounty completion) and sometimes it doesn't. Not sure why. Bug? Some other subtlety?
Solar with Blade Barrage seems to work nicely. Not 100% sure about others.

I should add this related point: as I said, I don't know what the cause of the observed behavior is, but one of the problems that continually trips me up in this game is that the descriptions for bounties, triumphs, challenges, quest steps, etc. often omits important details. This problem makes it hard to tell what the heck is going on in cases like this. Two great examples relate to triumphs from recent seasons. "...while wearing seasonal armor" seems like maybe it could mean just one piece, or maybe that it requires all five slots; but for some reasons, it turns out to mean at least four. And "kill bosses on Tangled Shore or Dreaming City" seems to include lost sector bosses in some cases and not in others. In these cases and others, I have no idea why they chose these requirements, but I have no idea why they would then omit those critical details from the descriptions. It just wastes players' time and means we have to spend a lot of extra time on trial and error, or come to forums like this to speculate about what's going on.

Only way to get kills and have them count is for them to die from the super alone. Hitting them with the super and then killing with guns doesn't count.

It's because it only counts enemies that were frozen by silence and then shatter by squal.

If you use a roaming super and kill one enemy then wait a sec or before killing another and again..... it wont register as a multikill. It's why the hunter stasis super is not good for that bounty. The enemies killed isn't quick enough many of the times to register as a multikill.

Definitely a bug that needs to be reported. Shame I have no clue how to report this bug.

Needs 4 kills with the super, in f someone shoots a frozen add from your super it doesn't count. Tip for S&s use duskfield wait till they freeze then super
