Not sure why Bungie made it to where you can’t get raid pinnacles on two of the same classes but it’s dumb. Why suck the fun of things and force people to do things they do want to do. If I don’t want to create a Hunter I shouldn’t have too smh.

It’s because you can transfer armor between classes, so you could get to max pinnacle cap in a day if you had the time.
-
Because that would be the most efficient farming. I’d like it if we could run the raid again and just get standard legendary drops (only for rolls on stuff we have already had drops on).

Edited by SteveOfSteves: 6/1/2021 7:25:35 PMNobody is forcing you to do anything. You chose to create two characters of the same class. If you don’t want to create a Hunter, then don’t.

I can see your complaint but I think bungie did this so that you can't expand further ahead than other players. I didn't like this either cause back in d1 my dad and I shared my account. I chose titan and he chose hunter but at a certain point I became a hunter main which didn't help my dad cause he was still using a hunter but he wasn't getting pinnacle drops but I was. Honestly I wish bungie would allow us to choose if it one player in all subclass or separate players. That way some quest wouldn't take as long.

You can have two of the same class you just won’t get any benefit from it.

You can create multiple characters of the same class, you just won't get any benefits doing so.
