Vault of Glass in Destiny 1 was a great raid, fun to play, easy to teach, and could meet some amazing people. Vault of Glass in Destiny 2 might actually be the complete opposite.
There is a distinct difference between difficult and unfair. Take, for example, Dark Souls. Notorious for being difficult, however the game is not designed to be unfair. The game is designed to make you a better player, forged through fire. Vault of Glass in Destiny 2 is NOT fair. The encounter are not well balanced, the bosses have too much health, and by far worst of all THERES TOO MUCH. There are too many objectives for players to accomplish all while trying to accomplish the main objective. Theres far too many small enemies or "ads". The game is not fair because Bungie didnt try to make a difficult encounter, they overwhelm the player with too much to do.
Until the raid gets looked and adjusted I cannot reccomend this activity to players. Bungie, make end game activities such as raids for casual player and then make a hard mode for those wanting a challenge.

It’s still easy to teach considering that, even with the changes, it is still fundamentally one of the easiest raids in the series.
