Eyes in Gambit = stasis in PVP
Team got wiped repeatedly by one guy and this dumbass rocket launcher. Why should raiders get a pvp killing exotic, it is beyond me. Loved gambit till all the pve raiders got that stupid ass launcher and no I dont want to raid. Its terrible content, i dont play well with others. Wipe mechanics does not make raids hard. Its all communication based which is not skill dependent. Put it in the kiosk at this point. Let everyone have it cuz its ruining the gambit experience. Or allow those who dont have it not to match up against it. Tired of having no counterplay, just die.

1 ReplyThe problem isn’t just EoT. It’s the RNG of heavy period. Good thing it’s gambit. A long failed gamemode that only a select few in d2 care about. Only to be magnified by EoT and Cuirass. They’re literally putting all those seasonal triumphs in Gambit just to get ppl to play it. So you died to EoT.... Gambit sucks, get over it and move on.

1 ReplyI don’t like getting EoT used against my team and I in Gambit, but I respect the time and patience that player had to get EoT. If I felt like joining more LFGs for DSC, I’d chase for it. DSC is a pretty easy raid compared to other raids. It’s the only raid that’s still in this game I’ve done an enjoyed.

Don’t blame a weapon for lack of skill. I am no good at PvP, however for the gambit quest I invaded with EoT, some teams were easy to kill, they were in plain sight. Other teams will kill me before I could do a thing. When there is an invader either hide or try to kill the invader. Blaming weapons for lack of skill is not good. Complainers get lots of weapons to be nerfed.

4 RepliesSo it was only one gambit that you encountered this? If it’s only one match, they’re probably trying to complete a quest. If you encountered this in every single gambit match, then maybe there is a problem. But if it’s only a few matches, not sure why you would come here and complain.

If you dont play well with others then dont play a multiplayer game....and especially gambit...which is team based. You can counter eyes easily....just hide behind a wall...and other gun can do what eyes does better and faster.

1 ReplyIt’s worth it to raid, best loot. I understand you don’t always like playing with people, but it’s worth the hassle. Just try until you find a good group, there are plenty. Just stay quiet and do what they tell you, it’s actually fun a lot of the time.

The closest Weapon to Eyes is Ticcu’s Divination but the Seeking Arrows can stick out like a Red Flag when they hit a Guardian while Eyes Of Tomorrow only need a good view of Enemy Guardians and pull the trigger before being in good cover unless you have a way to shoot it over cover and pray it dosen’t hit debris. It can either use it’s tracking a way where Jotuun could dream off or it would make it’s Rockets hit a Wall.
