1st DSC completion didn't award triumph
On PS4: completed my first Deep Stone Crypt raid in a guided game, but didn't get the triumph for completing it. I see that I have a completion in my stats, but the triumph didn't get marked completed.
I tried cycling between locations in case a session change was needed, as well as completely closing down the game and restarting.

It appears there is a bug with Guided Games. Your clear appears to be 4 checkpoints and for some reason not counting as a full completion. In the meantime, complete it again in a LFG or with friends.
