HELM not showing up, wasn't able to do first mission of season

I completed the Battleground:Behemoth mission, but I still do not have access to the HELM and I wasn't prompted a mission or a cutscene at the startup of the game. I had an issue last season where the artifact wouldn't show up in Zavala's office so I went the entire season without the artifact. I would very much like to not repeat that again this season. I already have purchased the season pass to do the Behemoth mission to try to fix the issue, but again, I still do not have access to the HELM. I have the quest that says to explore the HELM, but when I look in the tower there is no destination for the HELM. Any support would be much appreciated, I feel like I just spent $10 to get screwed over again. EDIT: creating a new character and completing the first BL mission, exiting the game and reentering should fix the problem for your main character. Thanks @TheHaraamPolice

  • Hi. Here is a workaround. You need to load into Europa and watch the BL intro cinematic and complete the intro mission, close out of d2, relaunch d2, watch the s13 intro cinematics and complete the intro mission, then access the HELM.

      I can go into Helm and for me there is a Quest symbol on the tower map but when im in HELm i dont get the artifact..... i completetd beyond light story line and seen the videos for season 13 and compelet der tutorial for season 13 and cant get my artifact i can only get the bountys on the desk, and when i complet them they give me EXp but no reputation for the faction..... damn i realy need a supporter who fix this for me..... And several restarts of d2 wont fix this too, so i tryed to reinstal the game... still the same problem there... PS. Found a solution..... got in the tower to the computer and there you can get the quest for the HELM again, and so you get the artifact.
