CASE ID:62082 still not been resolved
I have had my access restricted on PS5 for no reason but I have been warned for network manipulation, this is because my mobile hotspot is terrible and I disconnect a bit. I appealed over 24 hours ago but no reply, can anyone help? this is the first time I have been banned in 3 years and I believe they have made a mistake.

3 RepliesTypical time to hear back is usually from a couple days up to a week. 24 hrs is no time to worrying. Also, if you’re playing on a hotspot, then your restriction was definitely warranted. Hotspots are too unstable to be online gaming with.
