Cross save not working correctly or larger problem?
I've played through the entirety of the first Destiny Game
I completed 2 raids, rise of iron and so on.
With the recent release of Beyond Light I felt like I wanted to play again, and i realized I never cross saved my D1 character.
I was level 20, didn't delete the character and when I go to cross save, it says I have no characters at ALL even though I'm sitting here on my Xbox with the character I've grown to love. Why isn't it registering? Why is saying the character doesn't exist when it does?

9 RepliesHey there, The D1 to D2 migration was a one time process that occurred in August of the year of D2's release. It should have been done automatically. Destiny 1 does not have an actual cross save, if you're playing on D1, you can only play on the platform the characters were originally on.
