Under the Store tab in the director, it shows that Beyond Light is owned

Can you please confirm if it’s visible in the View My DLC section of the game on the Home Screen?

I guess i don't know which one is considered the home screen :(

It’s all good! Home Screen meaning the Home Screen of your console. If you go there, then navigate to Destiny 2, you should be able to access a section for all of the DLC. That should have the Beyond Light DLC in it.

No, it currently does not. I checked storage earlier and it showed the game and add-ons, but they were locked. Now, it doesn't show them at all.

I can send my Order # if needed. I pre-ordered in June. On Bungie store, it says order partially filled.
