Lol more "b-b-b-but thats impossible on console" cheats in gambit
Just got one-tapped by an invader using a Dire Promise with Swashbuckler from halfway across the map.

Kinda sad, I liked that clip. Edit 2: I had it saved in discord https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/658777187281010708/716835131385708574/video0.mov Dude wasn’t a cheater. Had a good laugh at the video together.

Had an interesting experience on Mars the other day. I'd earlier watched a video from Righty highlighting a hacker who'd been banned and entered again under a new tag. The video showed the hacker using various weapons, all with never miss, extremely excessive speed of rate of fire...snipers, side arms, launchers etc..The noise was distinctive. Back to Mars, when I landed I heard the same noise, one other guardian in the vicinity who then stopped for a while, reanimated and seeing me left the location....the guy/gal was using the same thing as the hacker. Probably testing it out ...

7 RepliesSorry scrub, but there's a thing called [spoiler]"lag"[/spoiler] And no, cheating is not a thing on console, I played there for many years and never matched against a cheater, then I made the switch a couple months ago to pc, and have been matchkng cheaters left and right.

2 RepliesHey don't feel bad, I was in a survival match yesterday helping 2 of my clan members and a warlock in mid air armed with gnawing hunger one shotted me while I was full health and shield. It even sounded like a sniper kill when they head shot you... but the other 2 members on his team were already eliminated so there's no chance of combined fire and it even showed my killer as armed with gnawing hunger for the kill.

Had a match where the screen went black with 'latency problems' and they magically vanished after the invader killed all of us, there's definitely cheaters in gambit just search damn vids on YT they exist, most people aren't going to waste the time to upload the majority of it.

There has been some questionable things happening in Gambit lately. Kinda funny how the signal gets all choppy as soon as an Invader shows up.

While I have experienced some fishy behavior in Crucible, so I will never say it's not possible.. but.. I looked at that suspect you mentioned.. If they were cheating. Then they needed it cause they are not good. lol My bet was a pretty dmg shot via a sniper and finished with Dire.. Invaders .. what you gonna do right?? lol

Gambit is always random. Probably got scratched by one of the locals with the catchup mechanics in place and the invader finished you off.
