I quit playing right before shadowkeep launched (1-2 weeks) and i mostly did pvp, and some pve, I had multiple guns and exotics that i used regularly and now after i transferred my account to steam, it seems most of the guns and exotics that i had in collections are missing. My main question is, is there a way to see what exotics I had collected and the pvp weapons I had unlocked? and how do I get them back? *SOME* of the items that I had and are no longer able to be pulled from collections : Ace of Spades Lumina Last word Revoker / Recluse (ornaments as well) huckleberry Arbalest Lord of wolves (im pissed about losing this one) Not only guns and exotics are missing. Im missing Shaders/Ships/Ghosts etc. PLEASE help it even reset my triumphs and seal progress. It basically reset my accounts accomplishments and left the characters alone. This is the only account ive had for D2 and it makes no sense why the stuff would be missing. Must've been an issue when I Transferred from battle.net to steam. I would really like to get all my stuff back so I don't have to grind for them all AGAIN. ive been playing this game since day one Destiny 1 and ive never had a problem like this happen to me. EDIT: I figured out what happened, so "Cross-Save" is absolute trash and It just ruined my destiny account. My old xbox one account had no triumph points / no exotics / no collections and when I transferred my battle.net account (the account with all my stuff) to steam, it decided to give me the old xbox characters and account by default. I thought "Cross-Save" was "Cross-Save" ?!!? Why was I given the OLD xbox one characters and achievements and exotics by default? I haven't been on d2 xbox in like a year and a half. the battle.net had all the progress and exotics and now im screwed because I bought shadowkeep and got a hunter to 1015 on the xbox account, and I disabled cross save thinking it would fix my problem and bring back all my progress that I did on the battle.net account. im actually pretty disappointed with this cross save system. totally ruined the experience for me. Now I have to wait for mods to read this whole thing, hopefully understand what Im even talking about, and then hope for them to fix my cross save so it ACTUALLY CROSS SAVES this time.
