Destiny 2 PC Move not working

I have not played for sometime and meanwhile Bungie has moved to Steam. I bought latest DLC and did the PCMove but when booting the game it forces me to create a new character and non of my previous character is available. How do i fix this?

  • The Steam account linked to your profile shows a single character, with game history from 2018. This would indicate that your Battle.net data was successfully migrated to your Steam account. However, as you have cross-save activated, and you selected your blank PSN account as the active save data, you will not be seeing your former Bliz character. If you do not actually play on multiple platforms, and therefore do not want cross-save active, you can deactivate it. There may be a lockout from deactivating, if you purchased any silver recently. If you do intend to play over multiple platforms, and wish to have your active save account switched, do not deactivate cross-save. Please read through the article linked below, and fill out the contact form at the bottom. Request that your active save be changed from PSN to Steam, and Bungie staff may assist, at their discretion.
