Accidentally used exotic cipher
I wanted to get Eriana's Vow and I finally got to rank 55 to get it. My controller fell from my hands and purchased Symmetry instead. Is there anyway to refund it for Eriana's Vow? I understand that Bungie doesn't refund in-game purchases but is there anyway at all?
