PS4 Beyond Light Digital Pre-Order Bonuses Missing
I just purchased the digital deluxe edition of Beyond Light for PS4 but I did not receive any of my preorder bonuses. If I’m understanding correctly, I was supposed to get an emblem, ghost shell and emote. Do I need to do anything special to retrieve these items?

Did not get my rewards on ps4 either and the mentors/devs/mods aren't answering my posts..

5 RepliesSame, I ordered it on Xbox through the Microsoft website around 2 days ago, I was able to install the pre order bonuses but they haven't showed up at the Cryptarch so I don't get what's going on

i purchased the pre order deluxe edition on PC last week and have only been able to equip the emblem on the character i collected it on, it don't show in my inventory so can collect on other characters even though it shows a diamond to say there's something in my collections, I then this week also purchased the pre order on my PS4 and surprise surprise the emblem is no where to be found nor the emote or the ghost shall, it obviously shows if I'm playing my hunter because that's the character I picked it up on on the pc when I purchased it, it's really frustrating that I have to purchase it twice in the first place, this just makes it more frustrating that I can't even collect or where my pre orders, and then not to mention if you have the emote equipped and u load into gambit or somewhere you character freezes for about 5-10 secs in that emote so I tried taking it off and the character still freezes in that emote stance, all this needs sorting or bungie will lose a lot of the community for September before its already began, and don't even get me started on the error codes, IT'S NOT OUR BLOODY CONNECTIOS haha

1 ReplyUm I bought the preorder in game, restarted it, downloaded it from the games and apps, and my preorder bonus still hasn't shown up on the cryptarch. Bungie we may need a little help here??!

You have to download the preorder bonuses. Check your Games & Apps if you’re on Xbox.

Did not get my rewards either, rahool doesn’t show anything to pick up either. Gonna give it a day and see if it processes

I haven’t received mine and it wasn’t at the cryptarch either.

Yeah, same here, also it seems that even after the patch the game is still stuck. Can't get by the last mission.
