Hello, My roommate and decided to jump back into Destiny 2 amidst all the hype of the recent announcements. He is trying to transfer all of his characters from his Bnet version of D2 over to Steam. As of now it looks like he completed the process and that it was successful, however when he logs into his connected Steam account to boot up D2, his characters are nowhere to be seen. Does anyone know what might be the problem, and is there anyone we can get in contact with on Bungie's end to help us resolve the matter? Thank you
