Ive played D2 since release but never experienced D1 so I bought it with all DLCs included but after opening it realized the codes for the DLCs are expired.... after looking into it Bungie made a post that suggested they rectified the problem on twitter but playstation will still not accept my codes... it said to come to the help forum if I was still having problems. Can anyone help me?

3 RepliesPretty sure you are going to need to talk to who ever sold it to you. Maybe PlayStation if the can verify the receipt or something. But if nothing get a refund and buy it digital (at least for the dlc's) to avoid the whole issue with old codes.

11 RepliesHi there! Can you please provide a link to the tweet you are mentioning? The codes that came in the Destiny 1 collection pack were generated by the platforms. Bungie, at no point in this process, had control over them as they were not generated by them. The codes in all packaging normally have an expiration date tied to them. The only thing you can do at this point is to speak with your retailer and request a refund as the product they sold you was defective (codes as advertised in the package were not valid). You can only buy the entire collection for Destiny 1 on the digital platform stores.

I think I remember the tweet you’re talking about. It was because codes which hadn’t expired at that time (2018) were coming up as expired prematurely when being entered into console code redemption. This problem has nothing to do with your current situation...as your code has gone beyond its expiration date because the retailer sold you a “new/unopened”product with an expired/faulty code.
