Hi Bungie,
I've been a very active player in both D1 and D2. Last month I received the watercress error preventing me from playing at all, and after exhausting all types of troubleshooting, I accepted it would not work and ended up not being able to play for a little over a month. Error codes every now and again are no big deal but this was something else.
During that time I played other games and worked on some projects but was still bummed to be missing out. I was able to log in yesterday and play, and I'm very happy to join my friends again.
On that same note, not being able to access a product I paid for and no word of anything to make it right to those affected is in my opinion poor customer service. I get you don't owe anything because we agree to the terms and conditions to play but that still doesn't make it right.
After reading the TWAB it sounds like you are headed in the right direction with the game, and even though I'm skeptical, hopefully you can restore some faith to those who were left out and watched from the sidelines to see the Titans win the guardian games. Just wanted to say today I saw players affected by watercress were given 1000 silver for the inconvenience and I'm glad that that issue was recognized and Bungie made an effort to make it right. I didn't know what to expect for what they'd give, but the fact that they listened and put forth an effort was all I was really hoping for.

I was locked out my account for 6 and a half weeks, honestly do not see anyone getting compensation for this but believe they should be. Can't even bring myself to grind for heir apparent with having a few days to do it, and don't know if can be bothered to fully upgrade the last 2 bunkers, and all my clan mates have stopped playing until next season so will have to lfg for pinnacles.

Anything less is bad customer support, and should serve as a warning to all players that at anytime through no fault of your own you can lose access to the game you paid for for over a month without even an apology.

I was locked out from march 28th the may 5th and my suggestion is that we get Heir Apparent as well as at least 1 random raid exotic. Considering we paid for content we had no chance of accessing for over a month and not for lack of trying.

Bungie has no customer service. They tell you to use the help forums and the bungie help twitter but you never get help from them. They will just tell you to use a different platform and enable cross save.
