48 RepliesAgreed, they should have focused heavily on pve content for new weapons and armor to chase before worrying about pvp and all the drastic changes it needs yet games suppose to revolve around pve. I’m calling this season of crap with nerfs.

At this point I feel this is an experiment to test how much you can antagonize a player base by spreading content thinner and thinner and taking more and more things away from them. It really feels like we're playing this game against Bungie, and not against space aliens.

Edit : as i read this its sounds mean spirited. But its not, it's a fundamental difference on how we see what the game should be. Every change that is being made sounds like one that will make the game worse with nothing for the player to gain. Just make Bungie's job easier.

7 Replies[quote]Destiny two changes coming will lead to an extensive drought of players that will only drive the game back into the hole it once was in...[/quote] The director's cut of the newly released information regarding the next season's content from Luke Smith has explained a lot in terms of how destiny 2 will play out. putting a cap on legendary weapons and making them useless will completely destroy the games dynamic and personality that it has towards players on being able to use what weapons you want with your guardian. Legendary weapons have long since been added to the game and tons of god rolls as well as very useful and very tactical legendary weapons have been released into the game that players have been able to take advantage of due to the newly released content. If you put a timer on these weapons lifespans it will only drive players away from the game. The amazing thing about destiny has always been it's way to customize your build the way that you want and tune your guardian to your specific desire. This is a s***** idea. Get a f****** clue Bungie!

I’ve hardly played in 5 weeks or so and although I got to rank 327 and 280 the past 2 seasons I honestly don’t know if I’ll play enough to even bother ranking up the season pass in ‘season of the worthy’. I should be grateful for the TWABs, Director’s Cut and general direction the game’s going in. I’ve got a lot more time for other games now.
