Can I open them now? When there was an issue found with the "knockout" process of The Revelry loot table, we were all told [u]not[/u] to open Jubilant Engrams for 2nd and 3rd characters. So, I've got multiple Jubilant Engrams on my Hunter and Titan. I kept watching the Bungie article about the problem, and it says it was fixed on October 31st, 2019 (although the article seems to have been last updated on January 22nd of this year). If I open them now, will they properly provide the correct loot? Also, the Bungie article mentions a "Jubilant Engram Item Grant" that was made available to players that did open engrams on additional characters. Will that be available to me after I open my Engrams? Thank you.
