Boss wasn’t designed to be one phased.
If they stopped that, then they fixed their raid.
If it wasn’t intended and it’s now fixed (you stated more than once how “wasn’t intended to be like that so is fair”) then surely it’s now where it should be.
Not trying to argue. Just using the aforementioned logic.

I'm gonna say it should be hard to one phase any Raid boss cause in the TWAB talking about the Luna well changes Bungie said them self that one phases on boss should happen with a good team. RN we have no reliable one phase start planed out but we are gonna try to use the new dawn mod called taking charge which lets you become charge with light while picking up an orb and using the other mod High-Energy fire which grants you bonus damage while charge with light.
