Remove Exotic weapons from loot pool once acquired
The guns can be required from collections and it would give us a better chance at good rolls on the armour we need.
Edit: well shit I'm not the only one who feels this way lol
Edit: hey can we get one of those "I'll pass onto the devs but nothing will happen" responses please?!

7 RepliesWeapons yes, as their perks are locked in but armor no. Armor can have some stats variation. I was running a Orpheus Rig that I pulled from collections and it's base stat total was 12Mob, 6Res, 6Rec, 6Dis,12Int, 6Str, and 48 total. Later on I got a Orpheus Rig loot drop and it's base stats were 16Mob, 6Res, 7Rec, 2Dis, 19Int, 7Str, 57 total.

Exotics need removing from activities that drop specific loot, nothing more annoying than chasing a full armour set from a raid for an exotic to drop instead.

2 RepliesHow about a knockout system where you always get a new exotic. Once you get them all then you start going for new rolls. Got to say I’m pretty pissed I get nothing but duplicates and I’ve yet to get Monte Carlo and I’m still missing a Titan Helmet from Forsaken. From Forsaken!!!!

Know what sucks? Bungie replied to a bunch of posts with 50 upvotes or more, and this wasn't one of them. They intentionally ignored this post since they have no intention to fix this problem. So enjoy the crappy system I guess dudes; it seems Bungie will keep it like this until Destiny 2 dies

Hell yes THIS 😎👍 Especially from Xur i just keep getting duplicate weapons from the fated engram every week... Its bad enough having to reacquire all the exotic armor pieces AGAIN 😞 And absolutely frustrating whenever an exotic drops its a weapon you already have 😖👎

They really just need to give people an option. Exotic engrams need to revert back to having to be decrypted and homie at the tower decrypts for armor and h0 ass at the farm decrypts for weapons. Problem solved. Although that gives too much player choice which bungie despises.

If Bungie doesn't do something about the artificial gamplay soon, people are just gonna quit it. But maybe that's what they're after; they may just want to milk destiyn 2 as much as they can before letting it die. Would suck tbh, but with the exotic system rn, anyone collectin them will just get pissed and leave

I fully agree on this. Any piece of gear or mods with fixed roll. Should be removed from the loot pool once acquired.

If I’m lucky to get a exotic armor drop it’s usually an underwhelming piece that’s isn’t any good that I do not use or it’s a piece I already have a 2.0 version of.Still no Monte Carlo.Very frustrated because of this.

They make it random for the grind, but they just make players mad in all honesty. They should be fine with people completing the game, but instead they make it harder and harder to complete it

It's rare enough to get an exotic weapons engram, and it sucks when they are a repeat.
