I transferred a weapon using the vault item manager. The. In game could no longer use abilities, ads, pop a super or fire weapons. I am able to move. Look around. Interact with NPCs. My super bar is full but grayed our and my abilities are gray as well. Any help? Tried restarting game. Then steam. Then pc. Still no abilities.
