I like the idea of Barrier, Overload & Unstoppable at added modifiers in the hardest content. But what pisses me off, is how the artifact restricts what guns you can use for the activities.
And I get why this was done....... to offer up "variety" so that people don't use snipers to avoid conflicts and shotguns to melt bosses. But my loadouts feel like Year 1 all over again with 2 primaries in the hardest content.
Hand cannons, auto rifles, bows & SMGs. With Hand cannons being the ONLY gun with Unstoppable. WHY?!?!?!?!?!? Why can't we have a bit more variety or options with these modifiers? I mean, at least you give us the Recluse & Spare Rations as main options, but there is literally no point in having a fusion rifle.... or shotgun.... or trace rifle.
I know this is only for 10 weeks, but it's week 2 and I have not used ANYTHING other than a Recluse in high level content. Since SMGs can have Overload and Barrier, this really was awful planning.
Please Bungie, don't restrict loadouts to just 4 weapons on high level content with 2 modifiers enabled. This is not RPG level elements, this is Year 1 bullshit wrapped in a shiny new artifact. Just allow the mods to be used on any weapon.
