Did a lower tier helmet drop from the bounty? From what I’ve read, there is a bug wherein having dismantled the tier 2 helmet before getting the tier 3 helmet will cause the tier 2 one to drop again. If this is the case, you will not be able to earn the tier 3 helmet until after reset when you can collect another bounty from Drifter.
