cross save error
says resolve error but no options i assume since battle net nick is different then my steam nick so what suppose do i can't change steam because nick have on battle net not available so

To follow up on what DC said: If you only play on PC, no console accounts involved, then cross-save does not apply to you. You need to fill out the PC Move form, which is to setup your Battle.net licenses and character data for the migration to Steam. That’s it.
