I had Microsoft recover my account when I got hacked but didnt realize you guys werent aware of that. After they recovere my account the jerk who hacked me had activated the cross save so through your platform they were able to delete every single time and character I owned throwing 2 years of work down the drain. Please kick them off my account. Void the 90 days deactivation for cross save and disable it please? Remove all the accounts attached to it and deactivate if possible please as I only game with the xbox console and dont own anything else. I never wanted cross save, and that turned out to be my undoing. Microsoft had my back but this really screwed me. Please fix this?
