Can we do something about AFK kick-times in group activities? Had a guy sitting there dying so we were down a person in a Volundr Forge. We tried to extend the time so he would get kicked but it's too short and so two straight matches we had to carry them while he's just sitting dead the whole time; I gave him the benefit of the doubt and rezzed him once but that didn't work out.
