I have been trying to find how we get ghost shells from collection once Shadowkeep comes out. I have combo detector shells for all locations on 3 characters and wondering if I should keep those or dismantle them before Shadowkeep to get bright dust. Anyone know: What will ghost shells cost when getting them from collection? Will the ghost shells still have RNG or can you pick the look you like with the perks you want?
