That's a Ferrari F40.
The car was made to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Ferrari and it was the last Ferrari that was approved by Enzo before he passed away. The car was made from 1987 to the early 90s before it was replaced by its successor, the Ferrari F50.
The F40 also has a racing version called the F40 Competizione that has increased power and visual changes and is one of the rarest Ferrari models in existence today.
