tribute hall bug, cant offer first tribute / cant enter tribute hall at all
I have two items related to this, calus wants me to offer 3 tribute and I have a golden raid banner to offer. but I cant put down the banner (which I need to do to enter the hall). there is no prompt to offer tribute, there is no objective marker to offer the tribute. I tried to abandon the quest and retaking it, but I can only abandon the 3 tribute quest and not the banner (it is impossible to drop).
now im pretty bummed because im trying to go for the solstice title and my effort is completly stopped by a bug I have no power over (it prevents me from getting bad juju which is needed).
does anyone else has this bug and/or know any fixes? and do we know if bungie know about the bug and have plans to fix it before the end of solstice?
I've tried to enter with other characters, but nothing works.

I am still having this same problem. I have the tribute hall quest, can’t dump it, and also have no tribute to offer to complete it. This has been like this for months. Anyone have any idea when/if this will ever get fixed?

I can't get the banner.

Hi I have exactly the same problem, and have done the same things you have. I took a coulpe of weeks before i finished the first bounty, and got the raid banner / hero quest. And now that I try to open the Hall, it just states : require quest progress. I have tried everything, same as you. Also completed + 10 more bounties on different characters.

I've been having the same issue. I have both the Golden Hero Quest and the Invitation from the Emperor. I've turned in around 6 quest to Calus and I've still yet to be able to purchase any tributes from. I've even earned the Lord Saladin tribute to see if I could do it that way and it wouldn't let me place it.

I was going for the moments of triumph title but i am unable to place down the banner and unable to drop the quest for it either in order to gain access to the tribute hall. Never tried to do the glitch either so i am unsure why i cant place anything. Doesnt make sense that i cant get a limited time thing based off an in game issue i have no control over :/

Same here. I can’t drop the banner either. As a casual player I’m pretty annoyed that I might miss the triumphs despite trying to grind them. I’ve tried all the fixes online and none work (multiple booms, multiple characters, multiple triumph/tributes). Nothing works and I can’t progress the quest.
