Missing Machine Gun Frame, Cannot Progress with Quest
I just got the Black Armory quest to complete the Machine Gun frame, but upon looking for quest markers I couldn't find any. Confused, I searched online and realized I should have a Machine Gun frame in my inventory; I remember receiving it during the dialog with Ada just moments ago, but checking my inventory I do not have the frame. I can't progress with the Black Armory quest; any advice?
