Iron banner quest step takes way to long
Im getting 2% on the grenade part of the quest per game

8 RepliesMy problem is with this IB is that the quest forces you to do it for the armor. None of the armor drops anymore in game or when you turn in tokens. Once you get one piece that's what you get until you complete the quest to get every single piece of armor. I don't like it and I wish Bungie never thought of this in the first place. I like to get the shaders and sparrow before the event ends but the quest to get every armor is ridiculous and should never have happened. I like it better when the armor drops in the Crucible or by turning in tokens. Bad move on this Bungie it should get rid of completely. No more IB quests they take too long.

I would agree to a certain extent, but it does seem class and subclass dependent. I'm sitting at 55-55-10% roughly after 5 games. Slightly overtuned I would say, I'd take a 25% increase in the first two to reduce the grenades part 25%. It's roughly the same amount of games in the end but the psychology of the way it is now is frustrating because you're already done with two of the three steps for so long. I got some really good grenade kills before this step. Not as lucky now, lots of decent throws getting KS'd.

1 ReplyYea, the 3rd part is completely absurd. Grenades need a buff and that part of the quest needs 5% per kill.

It 1% if a teammate kills with a grenade and 3% if you do it’s a pain but doable an adjustment in play style is needed but didn’t go as bad as I thought and I’m playing on a hunter. Shinobus vow and double skips help

2 RepliesMaybe it's meant to be completed over the 3 IB's of this season rather than in 2 days?! The Y1 Ornaments for IB & Factions took multiple events to complete, unless you were willing to grind 24/7

They're not making this game for the majority of their playerbase anymore. And, if you're not no-lifing this game, you're "Johnny Two Sticks from Walmart", the "lowest common denominator" (also direct quote from the interview). That's what Bungie thinks of your feedback on this issue.
