Unable to access annual pass content

I am an owner of the Annual Pass and I have recently started playing on a different xbox. I am now being prompted again after downloading all the destiny 2 content that I do not own the annual pass. I have played both Black Armory and Jokers Wild and have weapons and gear that prove I played during those times, I would like some assistance with getting a new pass or figuring out how to get my pass back.
