Any tips on getting console Mountaintop?
I'm getting there, but it's just such a god awful pace. You really don't notice how inferior grenade launchers are until you try using them. Especially now that more people have Luna/NF and Recluse having entered the scene. All that's left playing are the sweats who play in their sleep.
I wouldn't mind having that 3rd PvP Pinnacle Weapon before Opulence. But man, it's dreadful.
And yes. I've tried getting good, but grenade launchers are just so damn unreliable now.

Mayhem is good. Lots of heavy bricks. I used tether with Orpheus rigs. If you tether two people and kill one with GL, it counts as a double kill. Use tether as a lure is great for killing sprees. It's still slow going, but I feel more consistent than competitive.

1 ReplyDo it in comp. Srsly, I have 3600 kills until complete triumph in qp. Also, there is two ways: 1. Only heavy grenade launchers 2. Special + heavy grenade launchers With only heavy you can play whatever you want but must always get a heavy and try to do your best for double kills and three kills. More time to complete triumph, but lil more fun with grind With special you better get good roll of grenade launcher (grind one in nightfall or iron banana) with spiked grenades. Spiked grenades allow you one shot with direct hit. Also, you still can use lion, but it always required 2 hit to kill. This way can get a less time and you learn shoot from grenade launchers, but you stick to this explosive thing's for a long time and this is kinda... unfun Chose wisely.

Destiny Fun Police’s Fighting Lion pvp tutorial. Run well/empowering rift with Lunafactions. Run tether with colony/any legendary launcher. Put a team together of wells and tethers and cleanup all of their kills. Have them guard and let you grab heavy everytime. Camp heavy.
