No Nerfing Ourbreak Pefected
Ok no Pve nerf a PVP nerf I would understand but think you need multiple people with you to make it top tier by it’s self it’s just ok compare it to rat king

So according to you, Outbreak (a beast at melting bosses) doesn’t need a nerf in PvE but could use a nerf in PvP, while it’s a subpar Chattering Bone with great stability. Let me guess : you’re a PvE player with a negative KDR right?
