I am not playing crucible.
Story time: I was playing doubles with my buddy. I love doubles because its highly strat based. That is until someone rolls in with Dust Rock Blues, Not Forgotten, and Hammerhead/Wardcliff Coil.
Anyways I was playing doubles and then we came across just that. A hunter, who's name I shall not reveal because I know Bungie is sensitive about that stuff, rolls in with that exact loadout. Me and my buddy are pretty good at crucible, not the best, not the worst, just somewhere in between. That hunter proceeds to get 12 kills by himself and we got 0 kills.
"But Centaur, they can't be that good can they?"
Good question, which brings me to my next point:
HACKING!
That guy was hacking you could tell. His hitbox did not exist. Literally there was nothing to shoot. The only way we could do damage was if we did splash damage to him. Anyways we got clapped and decided to report him. He left the match right after the carnage report. So we couldnt report him. I really want to state his name but Bungie will probably not allow that.
All in all, Bungie, please please please fix Crucible to its former glory? I want to be able to play this game for everything it has to offer. Don't listen to the forums saying "oh nerf this don't nerf that do this do that" they don't control the game. Bungie, just nerf everything until everything is balanced. until then I am not playing crucible. Adios, 1800 in Comp, hello 1200...
Edit: I don't want the guns to be nerfed I want the hackers to be dealt with.
Edit edit: That hunter I stated earlier was also using an aimbot I just realized.

Just wait till you verse good snipers and good weapon users who can use Travelers Chosen on u. LH is nice but it ain't as great as you think it is. Other weapons are way better to use and more fun. After the 595 kills I got on my LH, I switched up to a sniper and recluse.

8 RepliesBUngie had perfect timing with the outbreak quest, made an exotic that is available to everyone that kills in PVP. i give it a couple of months and LH/NF will be a thing of the past. optimal loadout would look something like this. Outbreak + Recluse + Hammerhead.

7 Repliesit's funny you say this. all week I've been coming up against arbalests, outbreak, and shotguns. Not that many Luna's, and virtually no Not Forgotten. Maybe it's a regional thing, because I honestly don't see the hate warranted. It's also pretty easy to outplay. Handcannons don't have the best range.
