It feels really nice, as far as Scouts go, but is definitely a step behind the current staple weapons. That's the thing with a lot of Scouts, it has to be the perfect roll to even have a chance. With Kill Clip active, it does 90 to the head. I have to say I'm slightly disappointed that it can't two-tap Guardians of any resilience like that, which is what Scouts of old with Reactive Reload could do, up to 4-5 Armour.
