As someone who has Luna's and is going to get Not Forgotten this season simply to say I have them, I say the best way to make these weapons so called fair would be to reduce the total damage of the weapons and making it so you need 3 headshots for the magnificent howl perk instead of two, I mostly use my Luna's in comp or yes sometimes in quickplay just for fun, im also perfectly fine for making these weapons just trophies and make it so they are average at best weapons. im ready for all the tryhards who need these weapons to do good in pvp to hate on me so go ahead :D
