Just killed the boss of the chasm of screams and it didnt count for my thorn quest
We killed the boss before the final phase but it didn't give me the completion for thorn I have video to show it but cant figure out how to upload it

You killed the Boss too fast. Remember those big Knights that you kill during the Strike? They spawn again once Savathun's Song teleports to the back of the room and you need to slam the Void charge to remove the immunity shield and you have to kill them again for it to work.
