With Factions still being on hiatus how great and more personal would it be if we aligned ourselves with some of the Orders and groups we see and read about. How epic would it be to say you are a member of the Pilgrim Guard, or that you are responsible for continuing the storied past of the Stoneborn Order. Or to say you helped reignite the flame of the Sunbreakers? If libraries are your thing you could become a Gensym Scribe and help with research, or become a Thanatonaut like Osiris (not COO Osiris, the real one). Or join the Praxic Order. Hunters would need some fleshing out, but it would be easy with legends like the Six Coyotes, D.E.C., or even a group honoring Cayde-6. It's likely just pie in the sky dreaming, but it would make the game that much more personal.
