Way back at the end of season three when it was announced that faction rallies wouldn't be coming back for season 4 the question was asked if the exotic catalysts associated with them (Graviton Lance, Sunshot, Sweet Business) would be available by other means. The answer was they would. Here we are in season 5 with no rallies and they are apparently still not available. Can we please get these added to strike, crucible, or quests loot pools? At least until faction rallies come back.
