100? I have maybe 45 total completions and have bad 4 of those rare bounties drop.
Totally agree RNG should never be a quest step.. but 100.. really?? No exaggeration?

Edited by CannyJack: 1/12/2019 9:15:44 PM100 In 2 days seems way over the top, but I have 150 or so Forge completions total. It’s within the realm of possibility, at least.

Its not the amount of completions that I questioned so much as the stated rate of return. Just seemed high since I have already seen 4 different versions with only around 45 or so completions.

Ah I gotcha. Yeah, I’ve had several rare bounties over the time. RNG works in mysterious ways, though.

Unfortunately i wish i could say RNG is "mysterious" but its simply a system where a majority of the population will hit relatively close to the odds over time. Then there are those few who will get super lucky and have what seems like amazing odds, and those who seem like they never get the drop. Its not exactly a fair system since a flat RNG rate runs on a bell curve and can screw some people over. Thus Why i believe any rng system should be progressive. But whats WAY worse is how we have a timegate involved as well thats stacked on top of RNG. So its double the pain. You get 5 chances a day then have to retry again tomorrow. Quite simply, Destiny does not allow people to overcome poor RNG by excessive grind on your own time to at least overcome poor rng. Your RNG got artificially longer.
