I forgot how long ago this was but I recieved a good militia's birthright with a blast radius masterwork that I raised to its max (10). However unlike my other masterworks there is no yellow bar on the stat menu for that item that shows how much the masterwork increased it by. Is there a cap to it? Right now blast radius on it is at 55.
