Not Forgotten + Luna’s = TOP Tier Loaded Question (Not good in PVP or PVE) + Breakneck = Not TOP Tier (Atleast for PVP, I guess it’s prob really meant for PVE) HOW TO FIX LOADED QUESTION- I think first 3 shots on loaded question should have bonus perk when full. OR If u get a kill with it, perk should continue. PVE Impact This makes it an add killing machine in PVE, and doesn’t really effect it much as a boss damage weapon. PVP Impact This rewards you in PvP for getting enough ammo to trigger perk and rewards you for getting a kill. It’s a super high charge weapon and requires you to get 7 special ammo in the mag. HOW TO FIX BREAKNECK- I think after you get the first kill, it should give you a 10% bonus damage. The second and 3rd could stay as is, I guess.
