Renew licenses.

I’m just guessing here, but in the event there’s an issue with your console, you could try logging in to a friend’s system and see if you can play. If you could play on a friends system, obviously you have a hardware issue, and would need to contact Microsoft.

I'm having the same problem on my Xbox and it started happening after I reinstalled it after deleting it.

What platform are you on? Have you tried restoring your game licenses?
