They did say prior to Forsaken that they will become available through other means. But I dont think they’ve said anything since then. Not that I noticed anyway. I recently dusted off my masterworked Lance, and boy, it is nice.! Wouldn’t mind grinding away for the other two... but in fairness I have too many exotics in a half-masterworked state that I’m not exactly missing those rally ones, you know?
