  • At 546 there’s no way you’ll make it through the raid. Take the time to do your milestones and get your lvl up and acquire the gear you need. At a point you wont even be able to damage enemies. As for leviathan raids not many people run them right now because the rewards dont scale up to the current lvl cap. If you’re wanting to do that you can create your own fireteam and ask for help saying it’s your first time. It’s also best to at least read about the mechanics if you don’t want to sit through a video. No one wants to spend 6 hours doing a raid they’ve done a hundred times already. Tldr: better prepare yourself and you’ll get the help you need

  • bro look at you light level. All honesty bro I'll be straight up, I'd turn you down in a heartbeat. Nobody wants to carry dead weight on this game and with that light level, you can't even deal damage to the boss at the last encounter.

  • I have full time job and 2 kids, I raid weekly and wanna get it done within an hour roughly. I don’t mind helping people if they have watched guides and videos and understand every encounter but I ain’t going to spend 5/6 hours on a raid when I known it can be done a lot quicker

  • Because the raids in this game aren't fun. We literally do them just so that we can get the exclusive loot from them.I enjoyed raids in destiny 1, in this one I just do them enough to get the drops I want and then don't bother. Because I don't enjoy them, I want to get them done as quickly as possible.

    • Just get a group of fellow noobs/people who have not done the raid, learn as you go. That's what the experienced people had to do.

    • At your current level you are not looking for help, you are looking for a carry. I feel you are incredibly self entitled or just impatient if you think you have a right to be helped. An experienced raid team can complete Last wish easily in under 1 hour. Replace 1 of those with a non experienced player and that time usually doubles at least. My advice 1. Get your light level to 560+. 2. Get a Whisper. Then make your own post for a group being clear this is your first time.

    • 1) Have you thought about joining a clan? 2) our clan takes new people thru all the time, i think out of my 14 clears 13 of them have been with 1-2 new people in them. 3) with your current light we could get you to the end no problem, but you would need to be close to 600 to beat riven with the current method we are using. check out "The Honored Society " if you are looking for a clan to raid with, play ib with, or just anything in general

    • No one wants to carry a 546 through. You are going to get one shot by everything and they will be constantly reviving you. You won't be contributing hardly any damage with those guns. Get yourself up in light level and join a guided games.

    • It depends on the person/group. There's a lot of times where we barely raid anymore so the time we have we need to use as wisely as we can and unfortunately trying to help someone new a lot of time impedes on that. The one main thing with me and raiding with randoms is you never know what you're going to get. I've gotten way too many nightmare situations that it puts me off from taking the chance of helping someone else or even joining a group of other randoms. Too many people that can't think or learn. Granted it's not expected that people learn how to do things and are perfect instantly, but when it takes 10-15 tries to do something because someone just can't take hold of what they're doing then there's a problem.

      • A good team can go through the raid in 45 minutes today on lfg. Throw in maybe 2 players that have never done the raid and that time goes past 2 hours quickly. It’s just a matter of how much time people are willing to give up to do something that potentially has zero meaningful rewards and tests the limits of their patience. I would like to be a good Sherpa but always end up beating my head against the wall after the 15th wipe so I just don’t even try anymore. There are good ones out there though that don’t care about time, you just have to find them.

      • I've done 300+ raids in D2 and even I cringe at the posts in LFG. So many requirements, it's a total turn off. MUST BE WARLOCK WITH THIS GUN AND THIS GUN ONLY. HAVE 20+ CLEARS AND BE LIGHT LEVEL 625! etc.

        • Lol the posts below. Honestly man, just find a nice person or two who raids. My clan takes ppl all the time for fun. Most of the clan members currently are people who were sherpa'd and joined, and now helps sherpa others. Its how I joined lol.

        • This has been a problem since the start of Destiny 2. A lot of players just want to knock the raid out as quick as possible and having to teach a new player on top of that can bring the raid from 1 Hour to beat to double digits. There are still Sherpas out there willing to teach new players but make sure you make Posts on LFG to try recruit those guys.

        • 1. Because if there is one person who doesn't know what he is doing the raid becomes from a one hour thing into a 4 - 5 - 6 hour thing. 2. Because Fallus raid gives 300 light loot, so no one is doing it. Esepecially with noobs Fallus is a terrible raid you have to repeat everything over and over and over and over again and everything takes 2 or 3 times of doing the same thing to do it where if one person makes a mistake you start all over again. 3. Because Destiny 2 community is full of entiteled people who want to feel superior to others because they have "done the raid" or they have "grinded the Luna" ... so don't expect help. 4. Because Bungo have no matchmaking for those activities. So you cant get a group of 2 or 3 and match with another group - you have to manually find exactly 6 people ... I have had so many times where we are 4 people wanting to do the raid, find another 2 people but some one else comes and says I want to play aswell and we drop the raid and play something else or in the best case - another game.

just watch a video on youtube and move on , you will realize its not even something worth playing and wasting time on , especially since it requires dealing with obnoxious people

            • Make your own group with other noobs, as they did when the raid was released.

              • Your light level looks too low. (Not sure because I haven't done the raid) Just try to get to what most LFG groups are asking for and you'll usually get a group. Learn about the raid and how to do it too, most groups just want to get it done quickly so if you know some of it then you'll probably be good.

              • Make your own post. Not everyone has the time or patience (not sure how relavent that is with last wish though) to run someone who's never been through the raid before. Best way to make sure you're raiding with people who are is to make your own post. And make sure that post has a decent level of info...run across to many posts just saying "x raid", can't help people if I don't know anything else. Not as much as a problem with only one difficulty mind that, regardless.

              • our team was down a member this weekend because he was busy so we had to lfg for somebody we ended up getting somebody who has never touched or watched anything on last wish. it was a fun experience and we only wiped about twice the entire raid and neither of those wipes were his fault. we ended up raiding with him a second time on our alts after that. if you’re good at raiding you should have no problem teaching somebody this raid, especially because this raid has to be one of the easiest raids released.
